Divine Mercy Chaplet

  THE 3'OCLOCK PRAYER - THE DIVINE MERCY CHAPLET. Prayed twice daily 3am on the dot and 3pm on the dot  How to Recite the Chaplet The Chaplet of Mercy is recited using ordinary rosary beads of five decades. The Chaplet is preceded by two opening prayers from the Diary of Saint Faustina and followed by a closing prayer. 1. Make the Sign of the Cross (All Standing). Leader: In the name of the Father,  All: And of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. 2. Opening Prayers Leader: You died, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls, All: And the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. Leader:  O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy,  All: Envelop the whole world and empty Yourself out upon us. 3. On the first 3 hail Mary beads:  Leader: O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Sacred Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, All: We trust in you. (Repeat three times) 4.
